Pricing overview (user-facing)
SeamAI App Builder uses a 5-tier model:
- Free
- Starter
- Growth
- Pro
- Enterprise
Each tier includes:
- Max sites you can deploy
- Max tokens per month for AI usage
You can always see the current pricing and limits on:
Tokens and sites
Two key concepts:
- Tokens measure AI usage (prompt + response).
- Each deployed site consumes tokens every month (default 100K tokens per site).
This means your monthly allowance is shared between AI generation and deployed sites.
Model access by tier
Not all AI models are available on every tier:

Why the restriction? Advanced reasoning models like Claude Opus, GPT-5.2, and OpenAI o1 are significantly more expensive to run. Paid tiers unlock access to these models while keeping the free tier sustainable.
Upgrading to any paid plan gives you immediate access to the full model catalog, including:
- OpenAI: GPT-4.1, GPT-4o, GPT-5, GPT-5.2, o1 series, o3 series
- Anthropic: Claude Haiku, Sonnet, and Opus (all versions)
- Google: Gemini Flash and Pro
- Open-source: Llama, Mixtral, Mistral via Groq/Together
Overage (paid tiers only)
Paid tiers can enable overage so you are not blocked when you exceed limits.
- Token overage: $0.02 per 1K tokens
- Site overage: $2.00 per extra site
Overage is metered and added to your invoice. You can enable or disable overage in your billing portal.
Free tier does not include overage.

- Credits are opaque: it is unclear what one credit equals in usage or cost.
- Variable build cost: builds can cost 0.5–2+ credits per action, which makes per-action pricing unpredictable.
- Overage via top-ups: you must buy more credits instead of having metered overage.
- Fragmented Pro tiers: many different credit packs at different price points.
