What happens on the first call?
Thirty minutes, free, about the one process that costs you the most time. You leave with a straight answer on whether it is worth automating and what a readiness review would cover.
How long does an engagement take?
A readiness review takes days, not months. A proof of concept on one workflow is measured in weeks. Implementation is scoped after the proof of concept, when we both know what it actually involves.
Do you publish prices?
No. The readiness review is a fixed fee agreed before it starts, and every later phase is quoted in writing from the review. You always know the number before you say yes.
Who do you work with?
Mostly trades and home services, professional services, churches and nonprofits, in Central Florida and remotely. If your business runs on a small office and a lot of repeat work, it is probably a fit.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Handover is the default: your own people run the system, with documentation and training. A support retainer is there if you want us on call, decided after the build rather than before it.
