File tree basics

The file tree gives you full access to your project structure. You can:

• Open and edit files directly
• Add new files or folders
• Review changes from AI edits

If you are unsure what to edit, ask the AI to explain the file layout.

Editing files safely

Good practices:

• Make small changes and preview often
• Use clear filenames and folders
• Keep styles and components organized

Export as ZIP

Use Export → Download Code to export your entire project as a ZIP for:

• Local development
• Sharing with teammates
• Self-hosting or other providers

After exporting, unzip the project and run it locally just like any standard codebase.
